My Role
This project was initiated by our design team.
As a designer, I collaborated with three UI designers, two UX designers, and the project manager (PM) throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
I developed more than six UI illustration styles to determine the optimal approach for our product across web and mobile applications.

challenge
During a review of the existing UI, we identified several issues:
Images and text were inconsistent.
Illustrations did not align with our brand image.
Illustration styles differed between the web and mobile applications.
Rationale for the Empty State Redesign
Ineffective empty states can negatively impact user engagement and potentially lead to customer loss due to a lack of guidance or clear calls to action.

I experimented with various combinations of these styles and solicited feedback from the team.
